Karen Hanton MBE
Founder & Lead Investor

Karen Hanton MBE is a Scottish entrepreneur and digital pioneer known for founding and scaling successful businesses. She built Mortimer & Spinks, a tech recruitment company that was later acquired by FTSE 250-listed Harvey Nash and founded toptable, launched in 2000 which she grew into Europe's leading restaurant booking platform, featuring over 8,000 restaurants. toptable was acquired in 2010 by global number one and NASDAQ listed OpenTable.

Gregor Ritchie MIH
Chief Executive Officer

Named in the prestigious Boutique Hotelier movers and shakers top 20 list, Gregor is a highly experienced operator and industry expert having managed the luxury Pennyhill Park Hotel, worked alongside Julia and Guy Hands to build Hand Picked Hotels and founder of Optimum Hotel Management, Gregor has been working with PetsPyjamas throughout '24 and will lead the integration, optimisation & growth going forward.

Stephen is the founder of Offpeakluxury and an accomplished commercial leader with extensive experience in developing and scaling successful businesses. A strategic thinker and dynamic operator, he brings a proven ability to drive revenue growth and forge impactful partnerships. As Chief Commercial Officer, Stephen oversees all business development activities across the companies, leading initiatives to expand the portfolio of properties in the UK and Europe, enhance the customer proposition, and unlock new commercial opportunities to accelerate growth.

Matt has been with Petspyjamas Travel for over 8 years, playing a pivotal role in driving the business through significant growth and transformation. With over a decade of experience across SaaS, travel, fashion, FMCG, and entertainment, he has held key commercial & operational positions in both multinational and founder-led companies. His expertise spans strategic finance, operational efficiency and business scaling, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact strategies that drive innovation, profitability, and long-term success.
